We're seeking a talented, creative, and result-oriented Senior Campaign Specialist at Triboon to lead our marketing efforts, leveraging strategic campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with company objectives, plan and execute them across multi-channels (PPC, email, sms, social media, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, and apply these insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel allocation.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to validate hypotheses and drive data-backed optimizations across campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Design, PR, Operation) to ensure campaign alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (+3 years) in campaign management or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.
- Ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Proficient in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. (GA4, Google tag manager, Looker Studio)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify campaign challenges, proactively devise solutions, ensuring a result-oriented approach focused on achieving measurable objectives and KPIs.
- Having a content-centric outlook, ensuring campaigns are driven by fascinating storytelling and aligned messaging across diverse channels to connect effectively with the target audience.
- Proactively stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and consumer behaviors.
- Skilled in building and nurturing relationships with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to achieve business goals.

- Experience in digital marketing for e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, PR and online advertising industry.
- Familiarity with SQL or Metabase to query and extract data, enabling deeper campaign performance analysis, customized reporting, and actionable insights for enhanced campaign strategies.
